This includes audit-level resume reviews, mock interviews tailored to the industry, and "insider" guidance on how to navigate the competitive application process. My goal is to help you stand out in a pile of hundreds of applicants.

  • No. While I provide you with the best possible tools, strategies, and industry insights to succeed, I cannot guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes. The final hiring decision rests entirely with the facilities and their respective hiring managers. Your success depends on your experience, performance, and the current needs of the industry.

  • No. My services are strictly focused on the professional (public speaking, positive reinforcement training science) and administrative side of your career (resumes, strategy, and interview prep).

  • Life happens, but to keep things fair, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. You can manage your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued for sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice. Because coaching is a service based on time and expertise already delivered, I do not offer refunds once a session has taken place.

  • To protect the privacy and intellectual property of the coaching process, recording is not permitted without prior written consent. However, I often provide follow-up notes or templates for you to keep as part of your package!

  • Absolutely. Your career path, resume details, and our conversations are strictly confidential. I will never share your personal information or your resume publicly without your express permission.
